BC Junior Provincial Championships
West Vancouver Tennis Club hosted the BC
Juniors Provincial Championships, July 3-6, 2007. The national
qualifying event attracted
the best junior players
in BC to compete in the U10, U12, U14 and U18 categories. The club held a
reception for players, families and club members July 6 to mark the
completion of the event. Thanks to the many volunteers for making the reception
so highly enjoyable.
Stefi Gjine, above left, beat Trudie Du Toit, on the right, 6-3, 6-4, in the Girls' 18 final.
Stefi and Trudie then teamed up to claim Girls' 18 doubles title.
