BC Junior Outdoor Provincial Championships 2012
Rain washed out most play at
the Jericho Tennis
Club and the
Arbutus Club at this year's event, June 28 - July 2. The wet weather forced matches to be played at indoor facilities at UBC,
Town and Country,
Grant Connell
Centre,
Hollyburn Country Club,
North Shore
Winter Club,
Richmond Country Club, and
Shaughnessy.
Tennis BC's Lois Ker and her team did a great job organizing over 500
matches for 240 players over the long weekend.

They beat Cassie Chung and Alli Valk, 6-1, 7-6, to win the Girls'
14 Doubles. Khadija also was the runner-up in
the Girls' 14 Singles Champs, losing to Luna Crawford
in the final, 6-3, 4-6, 6-4.
