National Bank ITF U18
October 18, 2013 - BC's Kyryll Kryvchun and Stacey Fung claim the singles
titles at
ITF Grade 5 tournament held at Panorama Recreation Centre in Victoria,
BC, October 12-18.
Kyryll beat Spencer Furman of the US in the final, 6-2, 6-7, 6-0.
Kyryll of West Vancouver also won the U16 National in August this year.
Stacey Fung outlasted the second-seed Seira Shaizu of Japan in the
final, 6-4, 6-7, 7-5.
Stacey eliminated top-seed Antonellia Bramato of Mexico, 6-3, 3-6, 6-3
earlier in the semis. |
